Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting the Kevin Babington Foundation. Refunds for event tickets are available up to two weeks prior to the event date. To request a refund, please contact us at contact@kevinbabingtonfoundation.org before March 14, 2025.
After this deadline, all sales are final, and tickets cannot be refunded under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and support as your contributions help us continue our mission.

Ticket Transfer & Sharing Policy
We want to make attending our events as seamless as possible for you and your friends! Tickets purchased for the event can be shared with others, so feel free to share your ticket QR code with your guests.
Important: All attendees must bring either a paper copy or a digital copy of their ticket QR code to the event for entry. If a guest does not have a copy of their ticket, they will need to know the name of the ticket purchaser ("host") associated with the reservation.
Note: Once all guests under a single reservation have been checked in, any additional guests arriving under the same reservation will need to purchase a new ticket for entry.

Behavior Policy
The Kevin Babington Foundation is dedicated to creating a positive, fun, and welcoming environment for everyone attending our events. This is a charitable gathering aimed at bringing our community together for a good cause, and we want all our guests to have an amazing time.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for unruly or disruptive behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, mistreatment of our staff, volunteers, or other attendees. Any guest exhibiting inappropriate or disrespectful behavior will be asked to leave the event immediately, with no refund issued.
Our staff and volunteers work hard to ensure the success of this event and your enjoyment. We kindly ask all guests to treat them and each other with courtesy and respect.
